Once you are sitting comfortably put your feet up onto the footstool and swivel yourself into a comfortable position. Now you can adjust the lumbar support, using the screw control on the side, to make the lower back area firmer or softer. When you have this just right the headrest can be manually tilted forward to the desired position and give support to your neck and head.
