Once the paint is completely cured the knots are exposed and corners are worn off. But it's the woodworm effect that gives the furniture unique, two hundred-year old charm.Once the ageing process is complete each piece is hand waxed to a level of perfection customers rarely experience. As the furniture ages further knots come to the surface and show through the paint adding character to the furniture.
