The mattress unit is encased with luxury layers of hair, wool, silk, cashmere and cotton felt, and finished with hand tufted woollen rosettes and three rows of hand side stitching. This is a firm mattress. It is also available with a luxury or hypoallergenic comforter for those who prefer a slightly softer feel.
